Scan KTP sends a JPG, PNG, or PDF scan to our secure OCR service to read editable identity fields. The source file is processed temporarily and removed after OCR. Results can be corrected before export and are not official identity verification.

Scan KTP reads fields from a KTP photo or scan and marks results for manual review. It is not official identity verification; compare every field, especially NIK and dates, with the original document.

Frequently asked questions
Is the KTP photo uploaded to a server?
Yes. Scan KTP sends the source file to the justpdf.id OCR service for the requested scan. It is processed temporarily and removed after OCR; it is not used to train AI models.
Is the OCR result identity verification?
No. OCR only helps read and enter data. Check the NIK and every field against the original document.
Which formats can be exported?
Results can be downloaded as a PDF report, CSV, or JSON after you correct the required fields.
Why do some fields need review?
Photo quality, camera angle, reflections, and the document's visual security features can reduce OCR confidence. Low-confidence fields are intentionally marked for manual review.
