How document processing is handled
justpdf.id processes files to complete the PDF operation selected by the user. The service is designed to minimize document retention and avoid using uploaded documents for AI training.
File lifecycle
- Input files are processed for the requested PDF operation.
- Input files are deleted after processing completes.
- Generated results expire after 60 minutes and are deleted after download.
- Download links are private and automatically expire.
Data use
Uploaded documents are not used to train AI models, create advertising profiles, or sell document content. Limited operational data may be retained to run the service and protect it from abuse.
What users should still do
Check the downloaded result before sharing it, especially after compression, conversion, redaction, or OCR. Do not upload a document unless your organization permits processing it through an online service.
